A hands-on third-year undergraduate typeface design project involving extensive research, sketching, and iteration to create a single weight. Inspired by the geometric grotesque typeface “Neue Machina” by Pangram Pangram, I aimed to capture a new digital age aesthetic. Developed over the course of a semester, it exceeded the brief and earned the highest grade, surpassing the class median by 9%.
